Marc Fogel awareness continues in Foxburg
Sasha Phillips, the attorney hired by the Fogel family to help free Butler native Marc Fogel from a Russian prison, and Pittsburgh artist Tom Mosser will bring two pieces from their April 1 “Make a Marc” exhibit to an art show in Foxburg on Sunday, July 30.
The two works will be included in the “Consciousness Reflected” art show open weekends through Aug. 13 at the Red Brick Gallery in Foxburg in Clarion County.
“Consciousness Reflected“ will be open free of charge from 1 to 6 p.m. Fridays, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays, and noon to 5 p.m. Sundays at the Red Brick Gallery, 17 Main St., Foxburg.
Phillips and Mosser will attend a wine and cheese reception from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the gallery. They entered the two pieces to continue the attempt to raise awareness of the plight of Fogel, who was sentenced in June 2022 to spend 14 years in prison in Russia.
“Consciousness Reflected” displays the photography of Dennis Keyes and paintings of Jannick Wildberg.
