Man charged for DUI twice within hours, accused of driving into Adams War Memorial

A Valencia man was accused of driving under the influence twice in less than four hours after police said he crashed into the War Memorial at Adams Township Community Park.

Westbrook Perry, 59, is facing two sets of charges, including DUI, reckless endangerment and drug possession, which were filed July 22.

Police said Perry was pulled over for erratic driving July 21 and drove recklessly through the park later that day, causing alarm to the public.
