State police are investigating multiple thefts of vehicle catalytic converters throughout the area.

The most recent theft took place along Evans City Road in Connoquenessing Township. Police said a catalytic converter was stolen from a Honda around 7 p.m. July 18.

Another theft was reported in East Brady along Railroad Street, according to police. Between June 19 and July 6, two catalytic converters were reportedly stolen from a 2009 Saab and a 2004 Chevrolet Impala.

Police said investigations are pending in both cases.
