Police Reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
July 25 — Christopher W. Aaron, 35, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on West Jefferson Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.
July 23 — Ronald L. Pirring, 62, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanors drug possession, false identification to an officer and fraudulent documents. Police said he identified himself as his brother and was found with a small crack pipe.
July 23 — Lucio Roa, 47, of San Antonio, Texas, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 19. Police said he showed signs of impairment.
July 24 — Willem A. Tilton, 25, of Niles, Ohio, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone in the face.
July 24 — Noah G. Skelley, 22, of Harrisville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on Duncan Road in Venango County. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.144%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
July 24 — Richard Martsolf, 48, of Portersville, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him on West Cunningham Street, Butler City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of benzoylecgonine and fentanyl in his system. Suspected cocaine, a straw and 17 bags of suspected heroin were found in his vehicle, police said.
July 24 — James W. McDeavitt, 38, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Route 422, Franklin Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and had traces of benzoylecgonine in his system. A small container of pills also was found in the vehicle, police said.
July 24 — Brandon K. Fairtrace, 28, of Swissvale, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said suspected cocaine was found in his vehicle.
July 24 — Alyssa K. Litwicki, 25, Natrona Heights, was charged with felony and misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in her system.
July 23 — Daniel B. Edwards, 34, of Saxonburg, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Dinnerbell Road, Jefferson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.188%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
