Sentence court
The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, Aug. 3, in Butler County Common Pleas Court by Judge Timothy McCune.
Robert C. Schwanbeck, 36, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve six to 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 18 months of probation, pay fines totaling $800, and complete litter pickup and 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his third DUI offense and a charge of driving without an ignition interlock filed by state police following a Sept. 17, 2019, incident in Cranberry Township.
Ervin Levi Chin, 43, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to time served followed by six months of probation, complete eight hours of community service and have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to two counts of disorderly conduct filed by Buffalo Township police following a Dec. 30, 2022, incident.
Nathaniel Thomas Stine, 29, of Butler, was sentenced to time served, fined $200 and ordered to complete 30 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license filed by state police following an April 16, 2022, incident in Center Township.
Brian A. White, 38, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, was sentenced to time served followed by 24 months of probation after pleading guilty to charges of impersonating a public servant, loitering and disorderly conduct filed by Middlesex Township police following a March 28, 2020, incident.
Chloe Elena Hickerson, 26, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve six months of probation and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a June 7, 2022, incident in Muddy Creek Township.
Edward Witrosky, 54, of Natrona Heights, Allegheny County, was sentenced to serve 11 months and 15 days to 23 months in prison, but immediately paroled and ordered to pay $343 in restitution to Lowe’s in Cranberry Township after pleading guilty to charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following a Sept. 7, 2022, incident.
Phillip Anthony Rienzi, 47, of Butler, was sentenced to serve five months and 29 days of probation and have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following a Feb. 9, 2023, incident.
Bobbie Dawn Wolfe, 51, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading to a disorderly conduct charge filed by state police following a Jan. 22, 2021, incident in Butler City.
Lisa Marie Wishon, 36, of Boyers, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by Zelienople police following a Nov. 10, 2022, incident.
Ryan Joseph Dunmyre, 33, of Butler, was sentenced to time served and fined $100 after pleading guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler City police following a June 3, 2021, incident.
Breanna Merrie Robinson, 28, of Butler, was sentenced to serve five months and 28 days of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete litter pickup after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by Butler Township police following a Jan. 4, 2021, incident. She was admitted into the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program in September 2021, but removed from the program in October 2022.
