Butler County Area Agency on Aging is closed, cites power outage
The county Area Agency on Aging offices have been housed since 1984 in a former care home building at the Sunnyview complex.
The Butler County Area Agency on Aging is closed to in-person visitors Wednesday, August 9 due to a power outage.
A Wednesday morning Facebook post said the agency’s phone lines were operating on a “limited basis via battery back up.”
In case of an emergency, the post advices people to call 9-1-1.
“We are hopeful power will be restored by the afternoon,” the post said.
