Renee Fera, a pregnancy consultant, will present a free program at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Cranberry Public Library.

Fera’s educational presentation, “Moving into and Through Pregnancy with More Ease,” will help those in attendance ease the process at all stages — including before, during and after pregnancy.

The session will focus on reducing stress hormones and strategies for relaxation so mothers can enjoy the journey and create better outcomes.
