Herbert S. Linn, 90, of Middlesex Township, Valencia, passed away on Saturday morning, Aug. 26, 2023, in the comfort of his home.

Born in Pittsburgh, on April 8, 1933, he was the son of the late Herbert and Anita L. Wessner Linn.

Herb had been director of maintenance for Forbes Health System in Pittsburgh.

He had served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.

Herb had been in the VFW. He loved hunting and fishing.

Surviving are two daughters, Gloria Ferguson (John) and Anna Roche (Thomas), both of Valencia; a son, Herbert Linn (Jackie) of Maysville, N.C.; his grandchildren, Crissy, Alex, J.J., Kyla, Kelsey, Sean and Amanda; his great-grandchildren, Anthony, Jacob, Ben, Julianna, Adaline, John, Elijah, Gabriella, Hunter, Harley, Leona and Scarlett; and his sister, Anita Louise Linn Thomas of Butler.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lenor E. Rameriz Linn, whom he married on Aug. 4, 1955, and who died on May 25, 2011; and by a granddaughter, Nikki.
