Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Aug. 21 — Patrick M. Anderson, 32, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor theft and loitering and prowling at nighttime. Police said he attempted to break into vehicles on Gabriel Drive.
Aug. 21 — Anton J. Sulkosky, 41, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on South Pike Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.269%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Aug. 21 — Thomas C. Shirey, 44, of Tarentum, was charged with misdemeanors driving with a suspended license and habitual offenders. Police stopped him driving at a high rate of speed on North Pike Road.
Aug. 20 — Robert Kissick, 34, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and child endangerment. Police said he grabbed someone by the throat and pushed someone while they were holding a child.
Aug. 21 — David F. Rouda, 79, of Renfrew, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he took a wallet that was not his.
Aug. 23 — Jacob P. McAvoy, 26, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Rochester Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.234%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Aug. 22 — Ashlee M. Tyson, 36, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors conspiracy and theft. Police said she left Walmart with $528 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Aug. 21 — Geneveve L. Miller, 31, of Evans City, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said she threw her phone at someone at a residence in Connoquenessing Township.
Aug. 21 — Christian M. Degutis, 51, of Valencia, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after he crashed his vehicle on Dufford Road, Forward Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a vial of suspected cocaine was found on his person.
Aug. 21 — Brittany L. N. Irvin, 31, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Route 356, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC in her blood.
Aug. 21 — Gregory D. Beer, 28, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he struck two people in the face several times.
Aug. 18 — William S. Schnarr, 26, was charged with misdemeanors trespassing and loitering and summary disorderly conduct. Police said he was on the property of Connoquenessing Elementary School after hours without permission.
Aug. 18 — Trina L. Wideman, 41, of Champaign, Ill., was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Mercer Road, Center Township. Police said field sobriety test showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of cocaine and benzoylecgonine.
