Two hurt in I-79 crash
Cranberry Township fire and rescue units are on the scene of a two-vehicle crash near the 83 mile marker on Interstate 79.
Dispatchers from the county 911 center called area emergency responders to the scene at about 2:20 p.m.
Initially, one male was reported injured, but another ambulance was requested about 15 minutes later to evaluate another patient.
Fire police closed one lane of I-79 northbound as emergency crews worked at the scene.
Fire and rescue units called to assist at the scene were instructed to return to their stations at about 2:50 p.m.
