State police investigating hit-and-run crash in Jefferson Township
State police are searching for a vehicle that crashed into a fence along Bonniebrook Road, Jefferson Township, and fled the area.
Police said around 3:40 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 7, a burnt orange SUV struck the fence while negotiating a curve on the road. The vehicle then fled south.
Witnesses told police the driver is believed to be a female in her 20s, and that the vehicle would be missing a door handle on the passenger side.
