Chicora man indicted on federal drug charge
A Chicora man has been indicted and pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of attempted possession of cocaine.
Scott Louis Musthaf, 51, of Chicora has been charged by a federal grand jury in Pittsburgh on a charge of attempted possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of cocaine on or about Dec. 5, 2022 in Butler County. He is the lone defendant named in the indictment.
He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment and requested a jury trial. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bond.
U.S. Postal Service investigators and state police conducted the investigation that led to the indictment, according to U.S. Attorney Eric Olshan.
