Police: Man hospitalized for accidental gunshot wound at Cranberry Township hotel
A 28-year-old man was taken to a hospital Monday night, Sept. 18, after accidentally shooting himself in the leg at a hotel in Cranberry Township, according to officials.
Police and EMS units responded to a report of a man with an accidental, self-inflicted gunshot wound at 7:25 p.m. Monday at the Clarion Inn on Route 19, according to Lt. Chuck Mascellino of the township police.
He said the man was taken to Allegheny General Hospital for the wound, and he does not expect charges to be filed in connection with the incident.
