Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Sept. 7 — Pattrick E. Maiure, 41, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanors obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police said he interfered with an investigation at a traffic stop Sept. 3 on Clark Street.

Sept. 6 — Nicholas W. Bibel, 34, of Mount Pleasant, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with suspected marijuana and a glass smoking pipe.

Buffalo Twp

Sept. 7 — Michelle L. Mills, 47, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said she grabbed an EMS worker by the neck and was swinging at the worker.

Butler

Sept. 5 — Lisa M. Wishon, 36, of Boyers, was charged with a misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Sept. 2 on West Penn Street. Police said she showed signs of impairment and that empty beer cans were found in her vehicle.

Sept. 5 — Krystal L. Funovits, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said she issued a check with insufficient funds.

Butler Twp

Sept. 6 — Dalon J. Cager, 20, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said suspected marijuana was found in a bag belonging to him.

Sept. 6 — Cierra R. Hefferan, 20, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after she crashed her vehicle July 13 on Whitestown Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and that a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.177% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit for alcohol is 0.08%. A suspected marijuana cigarette was found in her vehicle, police said.

Cranberry Twp

Sept. 13 — Brandon V. Malick, 28, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor theft in connection with two cases. Police said he left Walmart with items valued at $176 on one occasion and $429 on another occasion.

Middlesex Twp

Sept. 7 — Omar C. Taoufik, 19, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Aug. 29 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Slippery Rock

Sept. 5 — Zachary R. Kraus, 23, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Aug. 27 on Kelly Boulevard. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and that a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.189%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Sept. 6 — Torrey Brown, 48, of Butler, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him July 8 on Route 8 in Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and that a later blood test showed traces of cocaine and benzoylecgonine in his system. Suspected cocaine and crack pipes were found in his vehicle, police said.

Sept. 5 — Haylee G. Miller, 21, of Butler, was charged with felony assault of a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police said she attempted to bite troopers and spit on a trooper when they responded to a disturbance.

State police, Kittanning

Sept. 5 — Carol L. Lindemuth, 62, of Vandergrift, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her June 16 on Route 28 in Buffalo Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired and that a later blood test showed traces of lorazepam and oxycodone in her system.

Sept. 5 — Jason R. Lettie, 36, of Plumville, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle July 29 on Route 28 in Buffalo Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and that a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.276% with traces of buprenorphine. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Zelienople

Sept. 6 — Edgar E. Branch, 22, of Freedom, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he did not stop and leave information at an Aug. 13 crash on Main Street.
