Knoch grad Geist hosting Throws Clinic
SLIPPERY ROCK — Knoch graduate and two-time NCAA shot put champion Jordan Geist is joining Gary Aldrich in hosting the Western Pa. Throws Clinic on Oct. 14 at Slippery Rock University’s Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.
Fee is $25 per athlete and coach. The clinic will cover the shot put, discus and hammer throw.

Wagner fans 12 in East Butler win
Jacob Wagner struck out 12 in six innings as East Butler defeated Prospect, 7-1, in Fall Baseball League play recently.
Easton Fundark’s two-run double broke a 1-1 tie in the fifth inning. Wagner had three hits in the contest while Keir Morris and Cody Fike had two each. Colton Dickinson scored three runs.
