Stephen Ambrose

Stephen Ambrose, of Winfield Township, will celebrate his 90th birthday on Thursday with a family dinner.

Ambrose was born on Sept. 28, 1933, in Winfield Township.

He married Betty Thompson on Nov. 11, 1964, in Virginia.

Ambrose has three children, Wesley Ambrose of Natrona Heights, and Linda Drewencki and Tammy Ambrose, both of Winfield Township.

He also has nine grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Ambrose is the founder of Ambrose Farms in Winfield Township. He is now retired, but continues to serve as a consultant to the Ambrose family.

He is a lifelong member of St. Luke Lutheran Church in Jefferson Township.

Ambrose enjoys bicycle riding in his spare time.
