Richard William Rhine and his 2018 Silver Mitsubishi Outlander SUV

State police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing and endangered man from Butler County.

Richard William Rhine is a 56-year-old white male who was reported missing on Saturday, Sept. 23 and was last seen at a residence on Bonniebrook Road in Jefferson Township.

Rhine is a white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 6 foot 1 and weighs 160 pounds. Rhine drives a 2018 Silver Mitsubishi Outlander SUV with the license plate number LVJ2832. The vehicle was photographed Saturda near Monroe Road in Sarver.

Information received on Rhine suggested that he may be in the area of the RIDC Industrial Park in Allegheny County. Those with information are asked to contact the Butler state police at 724-284-8100.
