“One male was taken into custody without incident. More information will be released as it becomes available,” Cazy wrote on X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
Cazy said that the incident was no threat to the general public, and that updates would be provided throughout the morning via X.
Around 8:30 a.m., Cazy added that Hawk Road and Doe Drive were closed near the incident, and traffic was rerouted due to the incident. At that time, she reported there were still no public safety concerns.
