Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Tuesday by Butler County Common Pleas Judge Kelley Streib.

Daniel Lucas Rearick, 29, of Parker, was sentenced to serve 30 to 84 months in state prison, pay a $2,500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a felony charge of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, his fourth DUI offense, filed by state police following a Nov. 4, 2022, incident in Bruin.

Travon Lemont Loveings, 34, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve 24 to 48 months in state prison after pleading no contest to a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by Cranberry Township police following an Oct. 31, 2021, incident.

Austin Paul Smith, 23, of Lyndora, was sentenced to serve 27 to 54 months in state prison followed by 12 months of probation after pleading guilty to a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine filed by state police following a Jan. 10, 2022, incident in Butler.

John M. Bradford Jr., 53, of Red Hill, Montgomery County, was sentenced to serve 48 hours to 12 months in prison, pay $800 in fines and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to DUI and unsworn falsification to authorities following charges filed by state police in a Feb. 24 incident in Clay Township.

Eric S. Longlott, 47, of Pomeroy, Ohio, was sentenced to serve 30 days to 23 months in prison followed by 12 months of probation, ordered to undergo mental health and drug and alcohol evaluations and to have no contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a charge of stalking filed by state police following an Oct. 7, 2022, incident in Center Township.

Brooke Kathleen Reed, 33, of Clarion, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $500 fine after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following a Feb. 9 incident.

Arthur B. Warsing, 55, of Chicora, was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a charge of statement under penalty filed by state police following an Aug. 7, 2021, incident in Center Township.

Joshua Emery Kaye, 33, of Greenville, Crawford County, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation and pay $400 in fines after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges of possession of an instrument of crime, defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct filed by state police following an Aug. 27, 2022, incident in Slippery Rock Township.

Angelina Michelle Holben, 37, of Renfrew, was sentenced to serve two to 12 months in prison but was immediately paroled to serve three months of house arrest followed by three years of probation and ordered to pay $2,681 in restitution after pleading guilty to a felony count of theft and 11 misdemeanor charges of possession of a controlled substance filed by Butler Township police following a Sept. 6, 2022, incident.

Joyce Miriam Anderson, 50, of Butler was sentenced to serve six months to 23 months and 15 days in prison, but will be paroled upon payment of $188 in restitution to Walmart after pleading guilty to felony charges of retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft filed by Butler Township police following an Aug. 20, 2022, incident.

Emily Francesca McCormick, 36, of Cranberry Township, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 105 days of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to her second DUI offense filed by Cranberry Township police following a Jan. 26, 2022, incident.

Benjamin Patrick Hobbs, 35, of Sarver, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, ordered to complete Veterans Affairs treatment and comply with Children and Youth Services recommendations after pleading guilty to simple assault and recklessly endangering another person in charges filed by state police following a May 29, 2022, incident and the same two charges filed by state police following a Nov. 6, 2022, incident.

Julie Ann Snow, 45, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a retail theft charge filed by Butler Township police following a Jan. 20 incident.

Joshua Samuel Hall, 40, of Lyndora, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, pay a $300 fine and complete 60 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following a Jan. 12 incident in Center Township.

Tracy Lee Wegrzynek, 50, of Jackson Center, Mercer County, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $50 fine after pleading guilty to a statement under penalty charge filed by state police following a June 27, 2020, incident in Center Township.

Marc Antonio Pippens Jr., 33, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six to 12 months in prison but was immediately paroled and ordered to pay $100 in fines after pleading guilty to charges of fleeing from police and recklessly endangering another person filed by Butler City police following a Jan. 16, 2020, incident.

Michael Kristen Bennett, 44, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to serve six to 23 months in prison but was immediately paroled to serve 24 months of probation and pay restitution of $1,184 to Target after pleading guilty to three retail theft charges filed by Cranberry Township police following incidents on Jan. 18, 2022, Jan. 30, 2022, Feb. 14, 2022 .

Percy Guilky, 55, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation, including 12 months of house arrest and pay a $1,500 fine after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of a controlled substance, his second DUI offense, filed by Buffalo Township police following a July 11, 2022, incident and pleading guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct charges filed by state police following an Aug. 27, 2021, incident in Butler Township.

Dirk E. McKinney, 51, of Cranberry Township, was sentenced to serve six months of probation, including 35 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a driving under the influence of a controlled substance charge filed by state police following a Sept. 2, 2022, incident in Middlesex Township.
