Charlene Barnett, 86, of Butler, passed away on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023.

She was born in Pittsburgh on May 8, 1937, to the late Edward and Martha (Clark) Rockhill.

Charlene graduated from Butler High School in 1955. She was known for being very talented. Charlene enjoyed crocheting, sewing, making floral arrangements and baking the best apple pie you ever had. She spent many years traveling throughout the United States.

Charlene was the mother of William (Victoria) Barnett, Richard (Carisa) Barnett, Thomas (Sherri) Barnett, Dale (Sarah) Barnett, John Barnett and Karen Barnett; sister of Kenneth Rockhill; grandmother of 12; and great-grandmother of 11.

Charlene was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Roger Barnett, and two brothers.

BARNETT — A memorial service for Charlene Barnett, who died Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14, 2023, at St. John’s Reformed Church, 494 Evans City Road, Butler.
