Police Reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments or district courts:

Butler City

Sept. 22 — Jaylin M. Walls, of Enon Valley, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with suspected crack cocaine, a plastic straw, a metal spoon, syringes and glass pipes.

Sept. 26 — Mitchel S. Dongilli, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $276 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Sept. 26 — William J. Derrick, 42, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor retail theft in two cases. Police said he left Target with $539 worth of merchandise and left Walmart with $500 worth of merchandise without paying for them.

Sept. 25 — Nicolle M. Hebrank, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said she issued a check with insufficient funds.

State police, Butler

Sept. 28 — Alan T. Rowe, 59, of Saxonburg, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Aug. 10 on East Water Street, Saxonburg. Police said he showed signs of impairment.

Sept. 27 — Jonathan Henry-Sullivan, 25, of Chicora, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Sept. 24 on Clearfield Road, Clearfield Township. Police said a breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.224%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 27 — Austin J. Scott, 29, of Hilliards, was charged with misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a minor. Police said alcohol was found in a 13-year-old’s system.

Sept. 27 — Andrew D. Myers, 36, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and false identification to an officer after police stopped him Aug. 27 on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.083%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%. He also provided an incorrect name, police said.

Sept. 27 — Dylan L. Beyer, 25, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Sept. 23 on Covewood Drive, Center Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content was 0.144%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 27 — Richard J. Taylor III, 30, and Joshua I. Eiler, 41, both of Slippery Rock, were charged with misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after Eiler crashed his motorcycle Aug. 4 on Oneida Valley Road, Oakland Township. Police said they both showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed Eiler’s blood alcohol content at 0.175%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 27 — William D. Schiebel, 56, of Chicora, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped Sept. 23 on Chicora Road, Oakland Township. Police said a breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.183%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Sept. 27 — Raymond R. Andrews, 29, of Butler, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI and two counts of drug possession after he crashed his vehicle Sept. 4 on Oneida Valley Road, Oakland Township. Police said a later blood test showed traces of THC, oxycodone and fentanyl in his system. Suspected marijuana and Narcan were found on his person, police said.

Sept. 26 — Burnard K. Dalton Jr., 41, of Butler, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.

Sept. 27 — Donovan M. Philpot, 21, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him June 28 on Route 422, Muddy Creek Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Sept. 25 — Gregory A. Stepp, 52, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary disorderly conduct and harassment. Police said he punched someone approximately 20 times.

Sept. 25 — Brian L. Stevenson, 31, of Chicora, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault, child endangerment and summary harassment. Police allege he threw a woman to the ground and grabbed a child by their sweatshirt.

Sept. 25 — Isaac D. Morrison, 35, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police stopped him on Election House Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Sept. 25 — Michael A. Stramaski, 32, of Avonmore, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with 21 Adderall pills.

Sept. 25 — Michael B. Stinger, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors strangulation and simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he put someone in a chokehold.

State police, Kittanning

Sept. 25 — Raul A. Alvarez, 43, of Bemus Point, N.Y., was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him Cornetti Road, Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and 14 marijuana cigarettes were found in his vehicle.
