Support for incumbent DA
It’s time voters know the truth about the candidates running for district attorney.
Jennifer Gilliland Vanasdale is running ads proclaiming “It’s time for a change” and stating she will be the one to bring about this change. However, not one of her ads provides any detail as to what these changes are or how she will effectuate them.
Vanasdale has never practiced criminal law in Butler and has no idea how to run an effective district attorney’s office. Her ads contain only facts about past criminal cases. They exist only to attack the experience and integrity of Rich Goldinger and his office.
Unlike Vanasdale, incumbent Rich Goldinger knows the criminal system. For the last 16 years he has kept the citizens of Butler County safe. Rich Goldinger has changed the system, and the facts speak for themselves.
FACT: Butler County has the fourth lowest crime rate in Pennsylvania.
FACT: Since 2015, criminal case loads in Butler have been reduced by more than 1,000 cases.
FACT: Rich Goldinger has instituted three treatment courts — the Veterans, Behavioral Health and Drug Treatment Courts — to help those who need treatment and rehabilitation rather than incarceration.
FACT: Rich Goldinger helped institute the Children’s Advocacy Center, providing a safe place for victims of child maltreatment.
FACT: Rich Goldinger hired a school detective to ensure safety for faculty and students in the Butler Area School District.
On Nov. 7, vote for Rich Goldinger because facts don’t lie.
