Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Oct. 5 — Thomas E. Pierce, 62, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he hit a vehicle and did not stop or exchange information.

Butler City

Oct. 10 — Nicole A. McCloskey, 25, of Connoquenessing, was charged with misdemeanors DUI after she crashed her vehicle on Spring Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.128%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 5 — Keith E. Brown, 39, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he shoved someone into a wall.

Oct. 4 — Teresa A. Rounds, 27, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and reckless endangerment. Police said she threw things at someone and broke windows in a home.

Oct. 3 — James A. Petrigni, 58, of Butler, was charged with felony fleeing police. Police said he fled officers when there was a warrant out for his arrest.

Cranberry Twp

Oct. 6 — Taylor D. Perry, 25, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said she left Walmart with $150 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 5 — Georgie Ayers, 68, and Raymond E. Fields, 42, both of Pittsburgh, were charged with felonies conspiracy, theft. Police said they left Home Depot with $1,224 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Ayers additionally was charged with felony trespassing.

Oct. 5 — Deontae D. Webb-Higgs, 20, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he grabbed someone and threw them on the ground.

Middlesex Twp

Oct. 3 — Aaron J. Banks, 38, of Karns City, was charged with misdemeanors operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and habitual offenders. Police said there was no ignition interlock on his vehicle.

Oct. 3 — Guy M. Black, 56, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he wrote a check with insufficient funds.

Penn Twp

Oct. 3 — Timothy M. Sikoski, 45, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he wrote a check with insufficient funds.

Oct. 3 — Keith A. Starr, 58, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Aug. 28 at the intersection of Pittsburgh and Brownsdale roads. Police said a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.165%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

Oct. 6 — Roger D. Caudill, 64, of Slippery Rock, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his motorcycle Sept. 21 on Kiester Road, Slippery Rock Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.089%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 5 — Bruce T. Gruver, 62, of Chicora, was charged with felony and misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Sept. 22 on Kittanning Pike, Fairview Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.235%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 4 — Branden M. Spare, 33, of East Butler, was charged with misdemeanors theft and trespassing. Police said he removed a tool box from a property where he was previously asked not to return to.

Oct. 3 — Justin L. Tincha, 38, of Renfrew, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police said he crashed his vehicle Sept. 4 on Rose Haven Drive, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of bromazolam and methadone in his system.

Oct. 3 — Richard L. Lilly, 29, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police stopped him July 6 on Route 8, Clay Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.124%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
