Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Oct. 8 — Valetta M. Luich, 42, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats and simple assault. Police said she brandished a pocket knife at the Monroe Hotel.

Oct. 7 — Randey L. Rosen and Rodney D. Rosen, both 56, of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary public drunkenness. Police said they were involved in a fight. Randey was additionally charged with misdemeanors reckless endangerment and simple assault, and Rodney was additionally charged with resisting arrest.

Oct. 6 — Zecheriah S. Summerville, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary public drunkenness. Police said he caused a disturbance Oct. 5.

Oct. 6 — Cherish A. Brookbank, 37, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her July 17. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC, aminoclonazepam, benzoylecgonine, gabapentin and fentanyl in her system.

Cranberry Twp

Oct. 9 — Lisa Stroup, 62, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she hit someone in the head with a small hammer.

Oct. 8 — Andrew C. Hovanec, 18, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $283 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Oct. 6 — Deana M. Malley, 44, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police said she crashed her vehicle Sept. 28 in Graham Park. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content level at 0.294%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 6 — Nicholas P. Unruh, 35, of New Kensington, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $282 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Penn Twp

Oct. 9 — Irisely Glover, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with 38 stamp bags of suspected heroin and two syringes.

State police, Butler

Oct. 9 — Patrick T. Connell, 18, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and reckless endangerment and summaries harassment and possessing alcohol as a minor. Police said he punched someone in the face while intoxicated.

Oct. 8 — Richard L. Quinn, 57, of Renfrew, was charged with felony criminal mischief. Police said he vandalized a motorcycle.

Oct. 6 — Matthew D. Friday, 36, of Butler, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police stopped him July 3 on Mercer Street in Butler. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.019% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Oct. 6 — Rayshawn S. West, 19, of Philadelphia, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Oct. 6 — Lamar T. Palmero, 39, of Philadelphia, was charged with misdemeanors false identification to an officer and drug possession. Police said he gave a false name to police and was found with suboxone stripes.

Oct. 3 — Richard L. Lilly, 29, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI and several traffic citations after police stopped him July 6 on Route 8, Clay Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.124%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
