The Armstrong Center for Community Learning is now providing certification testing in partnership with Pearson VUE for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.

National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification testing is available at the Armstrong Center for Community Learning, 104 Armstrong St., Suite A in Ford City.

The testing provides nationally registered emergency medical services certifications, including, Emergency Medical Responder, Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced EMT and Paramedic certifications.

Testing will take place from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and from 12 to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Those interested can register at www.nremt.org. An account first needs to be created in order to register for the courses.
