The office of Rep. Stephenie Scialabba, R-12th, is collecting Christmas cards for active duty military members this year.

A collection box will be located inside her Cranberry Township district office, 2525 Rochester Road, Suite 201, Cranberry Township. The deadline to receive cards is Nov. 28.

Cards should be dropped off without envelopes.

Christmas cards can be bought or homemade. People are encouraged to write messages inside.

Those making Christmas cards are asked to not use glitter or any other product that could come loose. All cards will be mailed overseas to various military bases.
