Barbara Taylor’s new roof

Armstrong County’s Habitat for Humanity recently installed a new metal roof for county resident Barbara Taylor.

Taylor had completed an application for Armstrong Habitat for Humanity that qualified her to have her leaking roof replaced, according to a news release from the nonprofit.

Tanner Stroupe, Habitat’s construction manager, and his crew took two weeks to install the roof.

This construction project is one of many that Armstrong Habitat for Humanity has completed for qualified applicants.
