Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Nov. 7 — George F. Magera, 54, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Oct. 25 on Crest Lane. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.193%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 3 — Samuel A. Harker, 24, of Mars, was charged with two counts of simple assault. Police said he threw several items at a group of people.

Nov. 2 — Nicholas H. Schriver, 24, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his motorcycle Oct. 1 on Valencia Road. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.231%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 2 — Joseph R. Jackson, 41, of Gibsonia, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Oct. 13 on Route 228. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Nov. 2 — Clarissa R. Soergel, 21, of Mars, was charged with misdemeanors diversion of medical marijuana. Police said she provided someone with marijuana using her medical marijuana card. In addition, rolling papers, several bongs and several white capsules were found in the residence, police said.

Butler City

Nov. 7 — Harley D. Helzer, 24, of Butler, was charged with felonies child endangerment and aggravated assault, and misdemeanors reckless endangerment and simple assault. Police said he hit a child on the head and behind.

Butler Twp

Nov. 8 — Randy A. Mulig, 33, of New Castle, was charged with two counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with three stamp bags of suspected heroin and a syringe.

Cranberry Twp

Nov. 8 — James J. Lohr, 44, of Jeanette, was charge with misdemeanors theft, possession of a criminal instrument and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said hypodermic needles, two crack pipes, a stamp bag of suspected heroin and several items that were suspected stolen were found in his vehicle.

Nov. 3 — Breyen C. Good, 24, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said she left Target with $644 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jackson Twp

Nov. 7 — Michelle E. Pergal, 51, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Oct. 26 on Lindsay Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.243%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 3 — Benjamin A. Bayard, 39, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on West Main Street, Evans City. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

State police, Butler

Nov. 6 — Nathan A. Fajohn, 54, of Grove City, was charged with misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with suspected heroin.

Nov. 6 — Joseph J. Pierrel, 61, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle Nov. 2 on South Benbrook Road, Center Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.217%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 6 — Luke J. Wharrey, 30, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 3 on Hardwood Road, Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.114%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Nov. 6 — Micheal J. Garth, 22, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor accidents involving property damage. Police said he failed to stop or exchange information after crashing into a vehicle on West Sunbury Road and Sunset Drive, Center Township.

Nov. 6 — Emily N. Scherder, 28, of West Sunbury, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said she removed money from an online account that was not hers.

Nov. 6 — Steve Kennedy, 30, of Butler, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Oct. 2 on Route 422, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of marijuana, alcohol, cocaine and ketamine in his system.

Nov. 4 — David T. Digiacomo, 45, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summaries harassment and disorderly conduct. Police said he struck someone’s face off a hard surface.

Nov. 3 — Mark J. Fetters, 23, of Butler, was charged with felony DUI and misdemeanors use and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped him on West New Castle Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and suspected marijuana was found in his vehicle.

Zelienople

Nov. 7 — Evan T. Prox, 30, of Monaca, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after he crashed his vehicle on West Beaver Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.130%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
