McCalmont Road remains closed for a truck that became stuck on the road near the rail bridge Friday afternoon, Dec. 1.

According to dispatch, the truck became stuck at the location around 1:30 p.m.

Earlier interviews with Butler Township police Chief John Hays indicate this is a common occurrence at this site. In April, Hays said truck drivers often tell officers their GPS directed them to get off Route 68 at Whitestown Road and use McCalmont to get to Route 8 at the Butler/Penn Township border.
