Police: Summit Academy teacher assaulted by student

A 16-year-old student of Summit Academy is expected to be charged in the assault of a teacher, according to state police.
Documents showed the assault occurred before 4 p.m. Nov. 9.
The 26-year-old teacher suffered minor injuries, police said, and charges were filed against the student.
Police documents do not indicate what charges the student faces.
