Police seeking information in possible animal cruelty case in Summit Township
State police are requesting the public’s help in a suspected case of animal cruelty after a dog was found dead in Summit Township.
According to troopers, a large dog with a green collar was found dead and wrapped in a red blanket around 10:45 a.m. Dec. 5 on Stutz Road, Summit Township.
