The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, which provides free electronic state and federal income tax preparations for individuals and families, is currently seeking volunteers in Butler, Cranberry, Kittanning and Slippery Rock.

According to the Center for Community Resources’ website, the program can also help determine if clients are eligible for any tax credits or refunds.
