Pizza Roma in Cranberry to close June 29

The owners of the Pizza Roma restaurant in Cranberry Township announced on Saturday, June 1 that the restaurant, located on Route 19, will close permanently on June 29.

The impending closure was announced on Pizza Roma’s Facebook page.

“To the customers that became family over the years, thank you for making our experience extra special,” wrote the restaurant. “We will be sad to close, but hope we see everyone come by to say goodbye to the staff and food we all love.”

According to the restaurant’s website, Pizza Roma first opened in 1983.
