Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Adams Twp

Dec. 15 — Timur Tillakhodjaev, 39, of Bridgeville, was charged with misdemeanor operating a vehicle without ignition interlock. Police said the vehicle he was driving was not properly insured or registered.

Dec. 15 — Luis A. Medrano-Carrillo, 33, of Valencia, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a THC cartridge.

Dec. 15 — Edward C. Lubert, 53, of Freedom, was charged with misdemeanors reckless endangerment and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was towing an overweight trailer with a blown tire and was found with a THC cartridge in his vehicle.

Dec. 14 — Pinkal Singh, 45, and Pama Singh, 52, both of Mars, were charged with misdemeanors hindering apprehension, false reports and conspiracy. Pinkhal faces an additional false statement charge. Police said they filed a false police report in connection to the crash of a stolen vehicle.

Butler

Dec. 15 — Robert C. Lary, 53, of Petrolia, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he struck someone in the neck.

Dec. 15 — Jesse L. Edmondson, 37, of Harrisville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Hansen Avenue. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.157%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Dec. 14 — Yvonne C. Jackson, 18, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors theft from a motor vehicle, conspiracy and corruption of minors. Police said she attempted to remove items from vehicles without permission.

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 20 — Russell D. Zoelle, 69, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Home Depot with $319 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Dec. 14 — Mary M. Santana-Davila, 29, and Jackeline J. Navas-Rivera, 32, both of New Castle, were charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Walmart with $1,220 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Dec. 13 — Mario T. Tatum, 22, of Fairfield, Ohio, was charged with felony and misdemeanor conspiracy and theft. Police said he left Best Buy with $1,989 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Dec. 13 — Joshua D. Cillo, 33, of Glenshaw, was charged with two counts of felony theft. Police said he left Target with $1,100 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Middlesex Twp

Dec. 14 — Natasha L. Schrey, 27, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle Dec. 8 on Route 228. Police said filed sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.201%.

Dec. 14 — Sawn D. Rumbaugh, 31, of Worthington, was charged with misdemeanor bad checks. Police said he wrote a check with insufficient funds.

Saxonburg

Dec. 15 — Louis E. Nesbitt, 40, of Cabot, was charged with misdemeanors reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. Police said he hit someone in the face.

State police, Butler

Dec. 19 — Selena Y. Klapheke, 28, of Butler, was charged with felony contraband and use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she was found with a small glass pipe and a stamp bag.

Dec. 18 — Michael B. Remaley, 46, of Butler, was charged with five counts of misdemeanor DUI after his vehicle caught fire Sept. 23 on Freeport Road, Jefferson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.189% with traces of THC, lamotrigine and hydroxyzine.

Dec. 18 — Nicholas A. Foster, 39, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Dec. 8 on Main Street, Prospect. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Dec. 17 — David A. Armstrong, 64, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats and simple assault and summary harassment. Police said slapped someone in the face and threatened to shoot someone.

Dec. 14 — Grant J. Etter, 36, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him Oct. 14 in Prospect. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of methamphetamine, THC, benzoylecgonine, cocaine, fentanyl and xylazine in his system. In his vehicle, police found suspected heroin, marijuana, crack pipes and a metal spoon.

Dec. 14 — Wyatt A. Snyder, 24, of Volant, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Dec. 3 on Route 422, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.103%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Dec. 9 — Lucas V. Morrow, 30, of Fenelton, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Dec. 8 on Clearfield Road, Clearfield Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.205%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
