Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Dec. 22 — William J. Shaw, 34, was charged with felony drug sales and two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with suspected crystal methamphetamine, crack cocaine, bags and a digital scale.

Dec. 18 — Daniel P. Stutz, 60, of Butler, was charged with a misdemeanor accident involving property damage. Police said he left the scene of a crash without leaving information.

Butler Twp

Dec. 22 — Donald J. Slater, 42, and Taylor L. Davidson, both of Butler, were charged with two counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said they were found with four stamp bags, empty stamp bags and syringes.

Dec. 18 — Kathy E. Goodson, 36, and Michael R. Moshier, 38, both of New Castle, were charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Walmart with $1,339 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Cranberry Twp

Dec. 20 — Jordan M. Johnson, 27, of Pittsburgh, was charged with felonies conspiracy and retail theft. Police said she left Target with $1,610 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Dec. 19 — Anthony M. Blizman, 34, of Cranberry Township, was charged with felony strangulation, misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he grabbed someone by the neck and threw the person against a wall.

Dec. 19 — Malik N. Boggs, 26, of Pittsburgh, and Terenee Carter, 24, of West Mifflin, were charged with felonies conspiracy and theft and misdemeanor possession of a criminal instrument. Police said they left Walmart with $1,221 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Penn Twp

Dec. 20 — Jenna L. Wilson, 36, of Connoquenessing Township, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Sept. 18 on Route 8. Police said she showed signs of impairment, and that a later blood test showed traces of methadone, ecstasy and fentanyl in her system.

State police, Butler

Dec. 22 — Bradley E. Weitzel, 37, of Renfrew, was charged with felony drug sales. Police said he was found with three gallon jars of suspected marijuana.

Dec. 22 — Cindy L. Schroder, 58, of Butler, was charged with felony contraband and two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with four pills and a smoking device while being processed at Butler County Prison.

Dec. 21 — Brady D. Skinner, 18, of Zelienople, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 23 on Route 19, Jackson Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and that a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.053% with traces of THC. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Dec. 21 — Brenda S. Schell, 50, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Sept. 3 on Evans City Road, Evans City. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of gabapentin in her system.

Dec. 20 — Brian L. McNeish, 50, of West Sunbury, was charged with felony DUI after police said they stopped him Dec. 19 on Mottern Road, Oakland Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

Dec. 20 — Michael D. Kosarich, 30, of Youngstown, Ohio, was charged with felonies strangulation and child endangerment, misdemeanor simple assault and two counts of summary harassment. Police said he grabbed someone by the neck and shoved the person, who was holding an infant.

Dec. 20 — Anthony L. McKelvey, 37, of Pittsburgh, was charged with misdemeanor terroristic threats and summary harassment. Police said he threatened to cut an officer’s throat. McKelvey also was charged with felony contraband and misdemeanor drug possession, as police said he was found in possession of a stamp bag.

Dec. 19 — Gregory O. Preisser, 18, of Portersville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him at Sheetz, Slippery Rock. Police said a field sobriety test showed he was impaired, and that a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.142%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Dec. 18 — William C. Fryer, 19, of Coraopolis, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with a THC vape pen.

Dec. 18 — Nicholas D. Swaney, 22, of Carmichaels, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with a marijuana blunt.

Dec. 18 — Frederick W. Bartberger, 33, of New Castle, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he punched someone in the face multiple times.

Zelienople

Dec. 21 — Nolan W. Golden, 24, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Nov. 28 on Old Hickory Road. Police said he showed signs of impairment.
