The Butler County Humane Society’s SEA Feline Spay & Neuter Program offers free or discounted spaying and neutering of cats.

Started in April 2023, thanks to the efforts of Susan Andre, the program was able to spay 188 females and neuter 138 males in 2023.

Those who want to participate can email sea@butlercountyhs.org for more information or to complete paperwork and schedule a voucher for a participating veterinarian. Some limitations apply to receiving a free spay or neuter.
