Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday, Jan. 11, by Common Pleas Judge Timothy McCune.

Michael S. Petrie, 39, of Sarver, was sentenced to serve 12 to 36 months in state prison followed by 24 months of probation and ordered to pay $1,000 in restitution to Lenzi Auto Sales of Sarver after pleading guilty to felony theft and trespassing charges in four cases files by Butler Township and state police following incidents in July and October 2023.

Aaron W. Stephens, 24, of St. Petersburg, was sentenced to serve 12 to 48 months in state prison after pleading guilty to felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy filed by the Attorney General’s office following a May 6, 2021, incident in Butler.

Robin J. Fleischer, 30, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 11 months and 15 days to 23 months in the county prison and fined $300 after pleading guilty to felony charges of conspiracy to commit robbery and contraband and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia filed in three cases by Butler city police and county detectives following incidents in January last year and August 2022.

Emily J. Chrzanowski, 27, of Butler, was sentenced to serve nine to 23 months in the county prison followed by 36 months of probation and complete 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a felony conspiracy to commit possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver filed by county detectives following an Oct. 25, 2022, incident in Butler.

Nichole M. Saeler, 50, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, fined $1,000 and ordered to pay $180 in restitution after pleading guilty to a endangering the welfare of a care-dependent person charge filed by Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police following a Feb. 24, 2021, incident in Evans City, and charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance and false identification filed by state police following a Feb. 20, 2021, incident in Summit Township.

Suellen M. Leitch, 28, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months probation including six months house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to her second DUI offense filed by state police following an Oct. 23, 2022, incident in Butler Township.

Christopher W. Aaron, 36, of Jamestown, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 72 hours to six months in prison, pay a $1,000 fine, complete litter pickup and 65 hours of community service after pleading guilty to DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by Butler police following a June 27, 2023, incident.

Isaiah M.D. Canterbury, 23, of Pittsburgh, was sentenced to 12 months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay $42,062 in restitution, pay a $1,000 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to an accidents involving damage charge filed by Butler Township police after an Oct. 20, 2021, incident, and a DUI of a controlled substance charge filed by state police after a Jan. 30, 2022, incident in Slippery Rock.

Tyrone R. Hilliard, 34, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 30 days to six months in the county prison, pay a $750 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by state police following a June 25, 2023, incident in Center Township.

Jamir D. Gray, 30, of Harrisburg, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest and complete litter pickup after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by Butler Township police following a July 24, 2020, incident.

Noah Chapman, 27, of Vienna, Ohio, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison, pay a $1,000 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following a June 18, 2023, incident in Forward Township.

Robert E. Koffman, 55, of Ford City, was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the county prison, pay a $500 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following an April 27, 2021, incident in Oakland Township.

Robert P. Kummer, 53, of Butler, was sentenced to serve a year of probation including three months of house arrest and pay a $250 fine after pleading guilty to an accidents involving damage charge filed by Slippery Rock University police following an Aug. 19, 2023, incident, and a probation violation.

Mose A. Lane, 62, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including nine months of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his third DUI offense filed by state police following a Dec. 31, 2022, incident in Butler.

Adrian Q. Nicelli, 23, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay restitution totaling $2,891 after pleading guilty to four misdemeanor counts of retail theft filed by Butler Township and state police following four incidents in October 2022.

Kenneth Smeal, 56, of Butler, was sentenced from time served to 12 months in the county prison after pleading guilty to a simple assault charge filed by Butler police following a May 21, 2023, incident.

Jacob D. Balcer, 24, of South Park, Allegheny County, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $2,500, complete litter pickup and 105 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his first and second DUI offense and possession of a controlled substance filed in two cases by Slippery Rock police and state police following two incidents on May 22, 2022.

Jason A. Howard, 47, of Parker, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 12 months of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and a stalking charge filed by state police following incidents on March 30 and May 4 last year in Donegal Township.

William L. Russell II, 41, of West Sunbury, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, pay a $1,500 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following an April 10, 2023, incident in Cherry Township.

Jessica L. Cartwright, 43, of Chicora, was sentenced to serve 11 months and 15 days to 23 months in the county prison, but was immediately paroled after pleading guilty to a simple assault charge filed by state police following an April 16, 2023, incident in Donegal Township.

Maxine J. Jacobson, 27, of Clintonville, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, pay fines totaling $2,300, complete litter pickup and 65 hours of community service after pleading guilty to her second DUI offense and retail theft and loitering charges filed by Butler city police, Butler Township police and state police following separate incidents on March 10, May 5 and Nov. 12 last year.

Zamariae M. Jordan, 20, of Erie, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 30 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine, complete litter pickup and 25 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following an Oct. 29, 2022, incident in Summit Township.

April D. Hemphill, 38, of West Sunbury, was sentenced to serve nine to 18 months in the county prison, but was paroled to serve 60 months of probation including 90 days of house arrest and pay a $200 fine after pleading guilty to theft and a false identification charge Butler Township police and state police following incidents in August 2022 and April 19, 2023.

Carolyne E. Korotko, 50, of Trafford, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 35 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a DUI charge filed by state police following a Sept. 2, 2022, incident in Penn Township.

Jason L. Priester II, 21, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to serve 60 months of probation including 105 days of house arrest, complete litter pickup and 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense filed by state police following a July 25, 2021, incident in Oakland Township.

Sheena M. Louder, 36, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation after pleading guilty to a possession of drug paraphernalia charge filed by Butler Township police following an Oct. 2, 2022, incident.
