Tickets are still on sale for Ladies Night at the North Washington Volunteer Fire Department, which is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 3, at the fire department’s social hall.

The department is having a ticket sale at the fire station on Friday, Jan. 26, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Presale tickets are $25 each. Tickets also can be purchased at Slater’s Meats and More in Karns City, Casper's Station in Hilliards, Altmeyer’s Western Wear in Butler and Zanella Milling in West Sunbury.

The event will feature drinks, games and what organizer Courtney Baird refers to as an “American auction” raffle with prizes such as kitchen appliances.

“Men are welcome, but it's more or less an event for women,” Baird said.
