Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

Jan. 22 — Clinton E. Weaver, 47, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors disorderly conduct and criminal mischief and summary defecation of animals. Police said he dumped buckets of waste water on someone’s property.

Jan. 17 — Mark A. McKinney, 24, of Tarentum, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct and summary public drunkenness. Police said he was attempting to break into buildings on East Jefferson Street and was acting erratic.

Butler Twp

Jan. 23 — Samthana M. Harold, 33, and Michael B. Winterbottom, 68, both of Butler, were charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said they took packages that did not belong to them.

Jan. 19 — Hanna R. Mitchell, 38, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and resisting arrest after police stopped her on North Duffy Road. Police said she showed signs of impairment and would not comply with officer’s orders.

Cranberry Twp

Jan. 22 — Constantin Arghir, 24, and Valer Hatok, 30, of Murfreesboro, Tenn. were charged with felonies conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Home Depot with $4,752 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Arghir was charged with an additional misdemeanor of possession of a criminal instrument.

Jan. 20 — Ryan Kooros, 19, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor theft. Police said he left Walmart with $188 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Jackson Twp

Jan. 19 — Raymond T. Levy, 46, of Verona, was charged with misdemeanors simple assault and drug possession and summary harassment. Police said he hit someone and was found in possession of three stamp bags of suspected heroin and hypodermic needles.

State police, Butler

Jan. 22 — Brittany M. Wilcox, 33, of Harmony, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she struck someone in the face with a phone.

Jan. 18 — Brittany N. Everetts, 34, of Parker, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said she was found with a push rod, empty stamp bags, crack pipes, a snorting straw, Chore Boy and a small amount of crack cocaine.

Jan. 17 — Cortney A. Scott, 32, of Butler, was charged with felony drug sales and two misdemeanor counts of use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said she sold crack cocaine to a confidential informant.

State police, Turnpike

Jan. 22 — Elizabeth P. Dillinger, 37, of Beaver Falls, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after crashing her vehicle Dec. 17 in Cranberry Township. Police said she showed signs of impairment.

Zelienople

Jan. 22 — Austin J. McClure, 28, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Jan. 15 on West Culvert Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.19%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Jan. 18 — Jodi L. Rupert, 52, of Zelienople, was charged with misdemeanor miscommunications with 911 and summary harassment. Police said she contacted the Zelienople police department by email 55 times and called 911 for police assistance 27 times for nonemergency reasons.
