Residents in Southeastern Butler and parts of Allegheny County are on alert for gusty winds up to 50 mph that will affect the area through 3 p.m. Thursday.
According to the National Weather Service, the gusts of wind are “brief and sudden” and could knock down tree limbs and unsecured objects.
