A woman is accused of burning someone with a cigarette during an altercation last week in Forward Township, according to state police.

Lori J. Geczi, 52, of West Mifflin, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment following the incident Feb. 5 on Mars Evans City Road.

Police said Geczi struck a man in the head and extinguished a cigarette near his ear during the alleged assault.

Geczi’s preliminary hearing was scheduled Feb. 21 before District Judge Amy Marcinkiewicz.
