Drivers on the Pennsylvania Turnpike were asked to keep an eye out for a loose dog near between the Cranberry and the Beaver Valley exits, according to a social media post from Monday, Feb. 19.

The “PA Turnpike Alerts” page on the social media platform X warned drivers to use caution in the area as crews search for a brown dog with an orange collar.

Another Monday post offered an update, indicating turnpike crews had not located the dog.

The post urged drivers who see the dog to report it by dialing *11 and advising the dispatcher of the milepost location.
