The Butler VA Fire and Emergency Services Department is conducting live fire training starting Thursday, March 7, at the VA’s New Castle Road campus in Butler Township.

VA Butler Fire and Emergency Services is conducting live fire training starting Thursday, March 7, at the VA Butler Healthcare System’s New Castle Road campus in Butler Township.

The training is set from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday, in the vacant building adjacent to South Duffy Road, according to a Facebook post.

During the training, fire and smoke may emanate from the campus’ building and emergency vehicles and personnel will be congregating at the site.
