Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
Feb. 20 — Kaitlynn M. Mellor, 23, of Valencia, was charged with four counts of misdemeanor DUI and misdemeanor drug possession after a traffic stop Dec. 18 in a parking lot. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of benzoylecgonine, THC and a blood alcohol content level of 0.283%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 17 — Heather J. McClemens, 33, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said she punched someone in the face.
Feb. 14 — Robert T. Zebra, 62, of Butler, was charged with felony drug sales and misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with suspected crack cocaine and a glass pipe.
Feb. 13 — Richard J. Brown, 43, of Butler, was charged with felony retail theft, misdemeanors resisting arrest and drug possession. Police said he left Rite Aid with several items and was found with a stamp bag of suspected heroin.
Feb. 27 — Allison Jaecke, 22, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanors DUI and accidents involving property damage after a crash Jan. 25 near the intersection of Rowan Road and Route 19. Police said she showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.248%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 23 — Michael J. Pflumm, 41, and Jenna L. Pflumm, 36, both of Cheswick, were charged with misdemeanors conspiracy and theft. Police said they left Walmart with $179 worth of merchandise without paying for it.
Feb. 13 — Justin V. Dovidio, 31, of Portersville, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Feb. 6 on Route 19. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.193%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 13 — Logan P. DeFelice, 27, of Butler, was charged with two counts of felony DUI after a crash on Pittsburgh Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.278%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 14 — Cody N. Hall, 22, of Slippery Rock, was charged with felony and misdemeanor evading arrest and two counts of misdemeanors DUI after crashing his vehicle Jan. 20 on Kiester Road. Police said he failed to yield to police and showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.199%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
Feb. 16 — Brandon M. Wojno, 30, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor drug possession. Police said he was found with suspected methamphetamine.
Feb. 16 — Scott E. Selfridge, 58, of Butler, was charged with a felony and misdemeanor of a false written statement. Police said he answered a question inaccurately when applying to purchase a firearm at Rural King in Center Township.
Feb. 15 — Lindsay N. Maples, 35, and Adam M. Spinner, 36, both of Cabot, were charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession. Police said they were found with pills and a glass smoking device.
