WEST SUNBURY — Gov. Josh Shapiro visited Butler County on Tuesday, March 12, to speak on his administration’s unprecedented effort to cap and plug orphaned and abandoned wells across Pennsylvania.
Also in attendance was the Department of Environmental Protection interim acting secretary Jessica Shirley.
