Carol Schuster, 79, of Pittsburgh, passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2024.

Born Dec. 4, 1944, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late William Heidish and Margaret Galvin.

Carol was a proud worker for State Farm for many years. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and watching after her granddog, Teddy. She loved to go out to dinners, concerts and plays with her daughters. Carol also loved lunches spent with the St. Mary’s girls. She will be missed and lovingly remembered.

Carol leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 58 years, John A. Schuster; her three daughters, Christine Schuster (Matthew Pistoia) of Butler, Joy Green (Michael) of Saxonburg and Bess Mentel of Renfrew; and her three grandchildren, Hannah Green, Noah Green and Ellie Mentel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Bunyan.

SCHUSTER — Friends of Carol Schuster, who died Sunday, March 10, 2024, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTER OF CONNOQUENESSING TOWNSHIP, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew. A celebration of life service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with Pastor Reid Moon officiating.

Carol will be laid to rest at Butler County Memorial Park.
