Police reports

The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

Butler

March 11 — Jonathan D. Felock, 44, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors reckless endangerment, simple assault and criminal mischief. Police said he broke a window and injured someone.

Butler Twp

March 11 — Michael P. Ayersman, 39, of New Castle, and Steven M. Tedrow, 33, of Ellwood City, were charged with felonies theft and conspiracy. Police said they left Walmart with $398 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

March 11 — Ruth A. Hicks, 40, of Lyndora, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Police said she did not return a leased vehicle.

March 11 — Eliezer Rojas-Cortes, 61, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct. Police said he was attempting to solicit rides from people while on Hansen Avenue.

Cranberry Twp

March 14 — Deana M. Malley, 44, of Cranberry Township, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her Feb. 20 on Rowan Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.303%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

March 1 — Brandon M. Wheeler, 27, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanors theft and possession of a criminal instrument. Police said he attempted to leave Dick’s Sporting Goods with $700 worth of merchandise without paying for it.

Northern Regional

March 4 — Evan C. Hetzel, 32, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him on Adams Ridge Boulevard. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.139%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

Slippery Rock

March 11 — Eben W. Deitz, 22, of Mercer, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him March 9 on North Main Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.120%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

State police, Butler

March 11 — Devan A. Ruff, 31, of Forestville, and Andew J. Lawry, 27, of Slippery Rock, were charged with misdemeanor simple assault. Police said the two engaged in an altercation.

March 11 — John L. Mohan Jr., 41, of Petrolia, was charged with felony strangulation and summary harassment. Police said he grabbed someone by the neck.

March 4 — Samantha M. Kozlowski, 34, of Pittsburgh, was charged with three counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on Interstate 79, in McCandless. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed traces of THC, clonazepam, nordiazepam, venlafaxine, meprobamate and carisoprodol in her system.
