On Thursday, March 28, Cranberry Township supervisor Bruce Hezlep swore in as fire police officers Eric Thomas, Owen Aslin, Amanda Korponay and Zachary Klein to the Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company.

Fire police officers are members of the volunteer fire company assigned to the management of traffic and security around scenes requiring fire department operations, as well as with other special community events or incidents requiring traffic and crowd control.
