Butler County under flood watch

Butler County and a number of other counties in Southwestern Pennsylvania are under a flood watch Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service of Pittsburgh.
According to the weather service, Butler County also is at a Level 2, or slight risk, for severe weather.
A portion of Southwestern Pennsylvania is under a Level 3, or enhanced risk, and portions of Southeastern Ohio are under a Level 4, or moderate risk.
