Police reports
The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:
March 15 — Joseph R. Caratelli, 58, of Ambridge, was charged with felony attempted forgery. Police said he attempted to cash a forged check.
March 14 — Clecy E. Thompson, 34, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple assault. Police said he pushed someone.
March 14 — Randi L. Caldwell, 41, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her on West Penn Street. Police said she showed signs of impairment.
March 13 — Debra F. Micco, 56, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said she struck someone and pulled their hair.
March 14 — Colin J. Borland, 22, of Lyndora, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault and summary harassment. Police said he struck someone in the head and face.
March 14 — Daniel L. Page, 66, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor failing to register a dangerous dog.
March 14 — Dustin R. Halahurich, 35, of Butler, was charged with four counts each of misdemeanors DUI and drug possession after police stopped him Feb. 23 on Maplewood Drive, Center Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.194% with traces of cocaine. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%. Police said suspected cocaine was found in the vehicle.
March 14 — Robert J. Wolfe, 43, of Adrian, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after a vehicle crash Feb. 15 on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said he showed signs of impairment and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.156%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
March 14 — Shaye A. Morales, 34, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor drug possession and misdemeanor fraudulent inspection stickers. Police said he was found with a small amount of suspected marijuana and a glass smoking device.
March 14 — Cory M. Leigey, 43, of Indiana, Pa., was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him Feb. 25 on Route 422, Summit Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.110%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.
